This welcome reissue celebrates two decades of techno mastery from German Chris Liebing and Dutchman Speedy J. The landmark album, originally released in 2004, grew from their early Collabs singles and combines taut machine-funk rhythms, metallic percussion and peak-time techno intensity. Tracks like ‘Trick_’ and ‘Treflon_’ exemplify their uncanny chemistry while merging subversive electronics with propulsive grooves that defined early 2000s techno. For its 20th anniversary, the record has been fully remastered by Liebing and pressed on double vinyl for the first time. It really underlines their status as key techno innovators.
