FW25/26 lands as a prescient snapshot of techno’s present tense in that is rooted, restless and full of intent. Repetitive Rhythm Research assembled 12 artists who value character over trend in their work and so each one speaks with its own accent. Marcel Dettmann smoulders, Peder Mannerfelt fractures form and Force Reaction drifts into trippy abstraction. Elsewhere, Sanna Mun and Dynamic Forces nod to Detroit lineage while UFO95, Section 6 and Sonic Propaganda bring peak-time pressure.
