Chroma 000
Bicep se saca de la manga este álbum deonce cortes firmado bajo sus múltiples alias y colaboraciones, y lanzado en una bonita edición en formato 2×12″.
Belfast duo Bicep close the loop on their Chroma project with a double vinyl connection tracing two years of studio and A/V bricolage. Conceived with designer David Rudnick and visual artist Zak Norman, Chroma unfolded as both label and A/V show, pushing the pair’s sound into rawer, strobe-responsive terrain. This special edition brings key moments from that run, from the plucky, pecking grimevox shimmer of ‘Helium’ and the industrial flex of ‘LAVA’ (as BDB with Benjamin Damage) to collaborations with day-ones Hammer, Eliza and Kehina, plus alternate versions of ‘Tangz II’ and ‘Aloe II’. A step beyond their instrumental hitmaking, Bicep have earned a license to experiment and add complication, though their trademark sense of hugeness is not lost.
