Virtus Occulta – Mutual Rytm 43
Ribé & Roll Dann colaboran de nuevo produciendo los cinco temarracos que forman la referencia número 43 del sello alemán.
Toledo’s Ribe and Madrid’s Roll Dann join forces for a tough and steel-edged techno set that reflects their years inside Spain’s late-night club circuit. Both are residents at Laster Madrid and Lanna Club and their productions carry the same blunt physicality as those rooms, their debut release on SHDW’s Mutual Rytm imprint leaning into that sensibility. ‘Sub Terra’ opens with dense kick drums and low-end weight that sits squarely in the chest, then ‘Extra Lumen’ tightens the screws with clipped percussion and a stern, rolling groove. ‘Ars Non Placens’ brings dubby undertow beneath hunched drums, and ‘Meritum Negatum’ crackles with electrical hiss and skeletal rhythm. ‘Virtus Persistens’ closes the core sequence on a steady pulse. Digital additions ‘Labor Inauditus’, ‘Silentium Testium’ and ‘Sine Aplausu’ push the mood deeper into shadowed territory.
