Frankfurt techno veteran Chris Liebing steps out alone here as he assembles a set built from the genre’s sternest components: iron kick drums, looping pressure and those long corridors of industrial atmosphere. ‘Unfold’ and ‘Symphonie Des Seins’ open with cavernous drums and coiled synth tension, then ‘Roy Batty’ and ‘John Connor’ push deeper into dark rave hydraulics. Later, ‘Entangled Circuits’ pulses with mechanical insistence before ‘Shaping Frequencies’ drifts into cold and beatless electronics. Heavy, disciplined techno – all steel edges, humming circuits and carefully measured force.
