The God Molecule – Fur:ther Sessions 13

Slovenia’s Obscur is dedicated to techno in its purest form and infuses it with subtly psychedelic synths on various respected labels. Fur:ther Sessions is very much one of them and he cooks up some deliciously dark and deep cuts here. ‘Discharged’ is an unsettling world of icy pads and swampy bass that gurgles, bubbles and boils. ‘The God Molecule’ is another icy mining workout that takes you down a darkened rabbit hole and ‘Endemit’ brings more low-end snappiness, but pairs it with a liquid layer of bells up top. ‘I Felt’ closes with a sci-fi twist – like an exploratory journey into the deepest cosmic unknown.
