Para celebrar sus 5 años de vida, el sello Fur:ther Sessions prepara un doble con ocho temazos de varios artistas.
It’s the five-year anniversary of Fur:ther Sessions, the Bavarian label running between atmospheric ambient and harder techno, never fully in either camp, which has attracted a correspondingly wide roster. The 14th release is an eight-tracker on two 12″s, drawing on both label regulars and first-blush names: Tauceti with ‘Khamsa’, Spain’s own Psyk and Orbe with ‘Tides’, and Kangding Ray contributing ‘Radical Normcore’, a retrospectively apt vibe-nailing term for techno as a genre. Save Your Atoll and Na Nich, both of whom have had solo EPs on the label recently, take a side each, before Adam Pits closes with the flattening ‘Plateau’.
