Eight artists are charged with the task and they paint a perfect picture that bridges house and techno in several different ways. Cinthie, Zombies in Miami and DJ Maria bring chunky but mobile weight, Toobris offers a more impressionistic sketch with more loose contours and opaque synth work and Fireground heads into a psychotic swirl of techno intensity on ‘Untitled’ that speaks to inner turmoil. Different moods, different tempos, all killer tackle.
