Rog De Prisco and Daisychain join their creative forces for a split 12″ that pairs two emotionally supercharged techno cuts on one limited coloured vinyl. ‘Sinnerman’ delivers pounding drums, dark bass weight and a relentless forward drive that is brought to life with Nina Simone vocals and trilling piano roll from one of her most well-known cuts. ‘Mamasei’ brings a more melodic edge with brushed metal industrial textures laden with percussion and Rotterdam-inspired hardgroove. Again, it is a vocal sample that really sets this one on fire as an MJ classic rises through the mix to detonate any party. Two standout club weapons.
