Dream Ritual EP – Hyperdreams 02
Caim se encarga de hacer sonar la segunda referencia del sello Hyperdreams con cuatro tracks originales.
Caim hails from the Dutch capital, but his music exists in another world entirely, as you will hear once you jump into his new EP for Hyperdreams. The trip opens with ‘Spirits Of The Bass’, a silky and liquid deep techno cut that has a compelling low end and beauty in the more unthread ambient pads that swirl up high. ‘Wave Theory’ is taught, bouncy cyborg techno with a soft and gooey heart and ‘Tribal Dijhana’ then get more rough and ready with an off-balance stomp. The title cut is exactly as it should sound, given its name: ‘Dream Ritual’ journeys to the cosmos on light, uplifting broken beats with wiggy synth lines panning through the mix and escapist pads floating free. Body music with a big soul.
