Bodeler & Grees producen los cuatro trackazos originales que forman lo nuevo del sello 22 Recordings.
Unstoppable. Barcelona’s 22Recordings keeps its cataloguing opaque, numbering releases after internal codes, and this collab by longtime micro-deep-house friends Bodeler and Grees will likely end up as difficult to rediscover as the many hundreds of releases they’ve already put out. So you’d better snap it up fast. They say these tunes were made out of broken machines, but they’re still sounding operable enough, though when it comes to dance music, dysfunction isn’t the total opposite of function. ‘Automata’ is by far the standout track and true highlight, its central «Detroit pulses» lyric benefiting from uncanny vocal processing, making it especially memorable.
