Antihero EP – Soil Trax 01
El productor Augusto Taito inaugura el nuevo sello Soil Trax con cuatro tracks y dos loops infinitos.
Soil Trax is a brand new label from Rotterdam, which has long been known for its electro and house mainstays like the Clone empire. Taking charge of the first outing is Augusto Taito who has a full-throttle tech sound that is heavy on the drums. ‘Antihero’ opens with caustic synths wrapping around the slamming kicks and never lets up. Next up is the fierce low end of ‘LOOP1’, which is tightly coiled and underpinned with an earth-shattering bassline. ‘Warehouse Foundations’ brings even more manic loop work, ‘Antihero (Berlin edit)’ is panel beaten loose and frosted synth textures and ‘Obsexed’ drills deep down into the cosmos with sonar-like melodic blips.
