The Clergy 10 Years Anniversary Series has already served up plenty of top techno treasures, and the eighth outing keeps up that good momentum. A superb blend of veteran producers and more recent names all feature, starting with Maharti’s ‘Transpire’, which is lithe and dubby, a route down which Measure Divide also heads but with more bongos, which is always a good thing. Eswlhere SEPT keeps it tight and tidy with the rumbling drums of ‘Tension’, Lewis Fautzi gets more intense with ‘Offset Pattern’ and Setaoc Mass drops down into moody and eerie techno cinematics on ‘Subconcious Life.’
