Special Series is back with a 20th entry and turns to veteran techno head Kill Ref for the goods. Alessandro Signore is an Italian with a long history at the harder end of the spectrum and operates there once more here. ‘Don’t Stop!’ Is fast, dense, punchy techno with vocals that loop to a mind-melting effect and every rising synth tension keeps you looking over your shoulder. The Fireground remix is more tribal, the Invexis remix is caustic and mechanical and ‘The Body Rock’ is a slamming sound for peak time white knuckle rides.
