Stojche is from Skopje but lives in Madrid, while his music exists somewhere else entirely. He’s a self-confessed follower of the hi-tek soul school of techno, initially started by Derrick May. ‘Bermuda Triangle’ kicks off and goes slower than usual for this sound but is awash with gorgeous chords and rose-tinted futurism. ‘Damascus Dub’ is a new school dub wobbler steeped in traditional references and mixing desk trickery, then Luck Of Access label had Andrey Pushkarev remixes with a solid dub techno foundation and sub-aquatic chords.
