A Paul is one of the busiest techno producers in the game. He puts out so much music, you have to imagine he is rarely out of his Lisbon studio. It is all utilitarian tackle that arrives fully formed from the off and doesn’t bother with much melody. Instead, it’s the rhythms that lead – tightly woven, percussive and linear grooves that surge endlessly and all consumingly. That is true of all six of the cuts that make up this new outing on Planet Rhythm, including the 2026 remix of ‘Dwyster’, which is in constant ascent and always threatening to take off. Vital weaponry for only the most serious DJs.
