Originally a 1988 side project from members of Munster band The New Colours, this brief collaboration captures a moment when European synth pop was turning darker and more introspective. Produced by Graziano Mallozzi of Kirlian Camera, it blends glacial melodies with a bittersweet pulse that feels caught between Italo disco and coldwave. The ‘Hot Night Mix’ glows with sleek melancholy, whilst the ‘Diskorrosion Mix’ strips it down to its eerie core. Berlin’s Curses closes with a muscular, neon-lit remix that reimagines the song for modern floors without losing its fragile edge. Once a Discogs secret, it finally returns to wider circulation.
