Sound Therapy – Dub Stuy LP 03
D-Operation Drop protagoniza el tercer álbum del sello Dub Stui con ocho tracks recopilados en doble vinilo.
With decades’ experience in the dubbing game, D Operation Drop spent three of those years recording this album, jetting between Sicily, the UK and Brooklyn. This new record from the Italian collective is divided into two halves: roots and steppers on one side, then forward-leaning bass haulage on the other, notable in the loss of features on the latter side (pure atmosphere takes precedence). Vocalists include Blakkamoore and JonnyGo Figure from the US, then Galas and Marina P from Italy, and of course Rider Shafique from our neck of the world woods. Released with a fellow dub collective, but this time based in Brooklyn – Dub Stuy – it’s a high-variety, friendly, immediacy-minded LP from the production camp.
