Hertz and Wehbba meet on common ground, drawing from years of functional, groove-led techno without overcomplicating the exchange. The three tracks sit firmly in that Sway axis of tight drum programming and tugging, saturated leads, well demonstrated over the likes of ‘Ink’, ‘Scapegoat’ and ‘Just Dominate’. You can hear both producers in the balance, Hertz’s stripped efficiency alongside Wehbba’s slighter textural touch, held aloft by a mutual sense of restraint and timing.
