Stepping outside his singular, regular 777Hz orbit, Hiss Is Bliss lands on Syncrophone for ‘Terpenes’, a 2026 12″ and a further sharpening of the deep, French dub techno stylus. ‘Terpenes’ rolls in Steve O’Sullivan with a ‘Live Dub’ version, before ‘Euterpe’ adds a less sympathetic, comparatively numb but oddly compelling set of scarring, swirling delays. The original ‘Terpenes’ features on the flip and plays back at a similar audio rate, before ‘Mob Museum Rework’ pinches and filters in elements from one of his own, lesser-known parallel aliases.
