With no single mood but an entire asteroid belt’s worth of style and variation, Athens producer Cirkle sets off with the tense jolt of ‘Voltages’, then Red Rooms follows with the vocal haze of ‘Tides’. Border One drops to tighter, head-tracing sync on ‘Phonolith’, before Paris artist Hemka twists ‘Basic Instinct’ into a wiry, leggy, needlepoint workout. Hadone’s ‘Your Hands Forget Their Shapes’ closes the first slab with a colder chaser, before the B scores highlights from Temudo’s ‘The Radius’, finally on vinyl, flanked by Hurdslenk’s sinewy ‘Etched’ and Pierce’s ‘Nardo’.
