Xuntanza Vol VII – Fanzine 25
Carl Finlow, Ekata, Calagad13, Lefrenk y Reedale Rise comparten este Various Artists de cinco cortes para el sello Fanzine.
Galician label Fanzine Records rolls out Xuntanza Vol. VII, another entry in its long-running electro meet-up series – five producers, one slab of prime, wood-smoked vinyl. Carl Finlow leads the charge with ‘Slipshod’, classic Finlow workshop material, while Ekata follows with ‘Wormhole’, a tunnelling electro cut less concerned with human concerns as it is spacetime travel. Label regular Calagad 13 keeps things locked and twitchy on ‘Awake System’, while Lefrenk drifts into colder territory with the gliding, late-night pulse of ‘Serenity’. Reedale Rise shuts the door with ‘Ocho’, a proper analogue-flavoured closer with plenty of low-end push to serve.
