El dúo alemán The Mountain People lanza la referencia número 26 de su sello con cuatro tracks originales.
Astonishingly, almost two decades have now passed since Rozzo (Andre Schmid) and Seraafin (Philippe Egger) first joined forces as Mountain People. While there have been numerous hiatuses in that time, they’ve still found time to release 25 singles – two of which dropped earlier this year. Their third outing of 2025 is another reliable and rock-solid affair. They start confidently on ‘For What It’s Worth’, wrapping moody, Motor City-influenced bass and synth sounds around a spacious and infectious tech-house beat, before opting for lightly jazzier drums, stabbing bass and warped samples aplenty on ‘I Was You’. The darkness is dialled up further on glitchy and head-mangling tech-house shuffler ‘The Cat The Guru’, while ‘No Thing Everything’ is a more melodious and picturesque affair.
