Four reinterpretations by Polygonia, Barcelona’s Hiven Disc regular oma totem, Human Space Machine and Daisy Moon reshape the source material into their own forms but its core identity remains. ‘One Day (Polygonia Remix)’ threads intricate rhythmic patterns while ‘The Abstract Painter And The Cartoonist (oma totem Concrete Remix)’ leans into carefully sculpted and lithe tension. ‘Red Haired Clown (Human Space Machine Club Edit)’ pushes into warped acid undulations and melancholic chord work and ‘Water Connects Us (Daisy Moon Remix)’ closes with a scintillating collage of paddy kicks and icy hi hats that tickle the brain.
