Amsterdam-based artist Loek Frey returns to Omen Wapta with his third release for the label. Born from his long-running creative exchange with label head Woody92, the six-track record reflects years of shared ideas, sketches and sonic experiments distilled into a striking whole. Nayan captures Frey’s tactile, spatial precision while moving toward a more pared-down, patient sound. The A-side dives inward with spectral tension and restrained pressure while the B-side expands outward, heavier and more assertive. Both cerebral and physical, this typically artful EP reaffirms Frey and Omen Wapta as vital forces in uncharted sonic terrain.
