Strasse E – Planet X 23
Remixes de Disguised, Cleric, Remco Beekwilder y Perc para el temazo de Dj Rush «Strasse E», también incluido.
Chicago’s DJ Rush is one of techno’s most colourful characters, not least because he built his legend on relentless shuffle beats, pounding drums and ruthless live vocals. His legendary I Love Techno 2001 set was played at a punishing +8 pitch and helped shape the sound that became Schranz, as well as cementing his influence across German hard techno. Now, 25 years on, Exos of Planet X unearths a lost Rush track buried in an old DJ mix. Tracked down on the original DAT tape, ‘Strasse E’ is a tribute to Rush’s beloved Dresden club and comes backed by a remix package from techno’s finest. A real golden-era treasure back in the spotlight.
